Emerald was formed in 1985 by John Marzulli. John has been involved in construction, development and remodeling in Florida since 1972. As a contractor, we don't sell a commodity, we sell a service. It is our job to guide you through the building/remodeling process. We will provide honesty, integrity, good communication which goes along with quality construction, clear upfront specifications, responsiveness, on-time performance and fair price.
