While some home inspectors schedule multiple inspections in a single day, we are never in a rush to leave for the next appointment. Your home will receive all the time and attention necessary to ensure a thorough inspection. • Reader-Friendly Reports Our inspection reports are produced using custom designed templates and optimized to be reader-friendly. They are thoughtfully prepared to provide detailed information in a well-organized concise manner that is easy to read and navigate. Reports, including digital color photos, are presented in the universally-accepted PDF file format and delivered via email within 24 hours of the completed inspection. • Value-Based Pricing Our pricing structure is designed to deliver value to our clients by providing professional home inspection services at reasonable rates. We don’t overcharge, but at the same time, we have no desire to be the cheapest available option. • No Cross-Selling Many home inspectors are also in the business of home repairs and improvements, and attempt to boost profits by cross-selling repair services for problems revealed during an inspection. This is a conflict of interest. While Optima’s owner, Glenn Scalia, has an extensive construction background, it is our policy to avoid such practices.
