Landrock design

I hired them to do a patio for me. They measured wrong, failed to show up on three different days, demanded more money to finish job, backed up a dump truck and DUMPED the pavers on my neighbors yard, tried to use two different pavers...could go on and on. Terrible experience!!!

Paid Landrock $800.00 on February 11, 2016 to reseal the pavers of the swimming pool patio and they used the wrong sealer resulting in severe damage to the pavers and when they tried to remove the Acrylic based sealer they ended damaging the outdoor cabinets and the freshly painted exterior and a sever discoloration of the entire deck area. Never came back to correct the problem since March and kept making childish excuses for not showing up and endless broken promises to come back. We obtained several estimates from TRUE PROFESSIONALS to strip the entire patio area and reseal it with a water based sealer, all estimates were in the three thousand dollars range. We filed a complaint with BBB and filed a complaint with The Consumer Protection Division of the Office of the Attorney General of the State of Florida and initiated a Small Claims Lawsuit today with the Pinellas County Circuit Court. Check the BBB site.
