My Design Guide Inc renovated my basement earlier this year. What I found most amazing about this company is they arrived at my home to start the bid on time, when they said they would be there. Emil and David listened to my requests, took the measurements, and gave me some invaluable suggestions. Two weeks later they started on time. Showed up on time every day, they were respectful of my property and cleaned up after themselves daily. This is totally unheard of in the construction business, at least from the homeowner's perspective. They endured my endless questions and were kind and considerate at all times.

Overall excellent experience working with them! Thomas was responsive, professional, and provided his services at a competitive price. We utilized Thomas on a bathroom refresher project: work consisted of plumbing with an installation of a new vanity, seal & cocking, trim work, as well new light fixture replacement and electrical install, along with various drywall patchwork. Everything turned out great!

Purchasing a new home, I dreaded the idea of being tasked with the labor and selection of blinding 28 windows! After one phone call, my worries were over! David was so professional, knowledgeable and affordable. The warranty is impressive and the time it took (versus the amount of time it would have taken my husband and me) was worth every dime! He helped me make a decision on selecting what would work with the outside visual of the home and the inside. Couldn't be more happy with our decision.

If you look for excellent work that will be completed exactly as they promised, you may consider them, they explained everything clearly. Everything went smooth and as expected from the signing the contract to completion of the project. The crew they sent are very experienced, humble. They accommodated our schedule, yet completed the project on time by staying late if needed. I would recommend them and would certainly work with them in the future.
