The pictures would speak for themselves. RP Contractors have made it clear that they do not stand by the quality and have no intentions of fixing it. Just don't make the same mistake I did- TAKE YOUR TIME, and ASK TO SEE THE INSURANCE! They were hired to install wallpaper in a 1/2 bath and ceiling on my dining room ceiling. The ceiling looks terrible- sags, the seams do not line up, and they cut out a small piece to patch another area. The wall paper in the bathroom is riddled with air bubbles, pieces are actually falling off of the wall, along with radom patches everywhere that do not line up. I paid over $14,000 and the owner PRISCILA VIEIRA DOS SANTOS has refused to make things right. It is going to cost over $5000 to have the job fixed. She lied and said that her company has been doing wallpaper for over 20 years, and come to find out they are not insured, and this was their 3rd wallpaper job. Ever. She does not pay her employees, so it's no wonder that the job came out so poorly. I have been trying to come to a resolution with her since April and she has refused. Now we have to go through the unfortunate nightmare of taking her to court. PRISCILA VIEIRA DOS SANTOS is a dishonest scam artist, please do not make the same mistake I did- do not take her on her word and use EXTREME CAUTION! As imagens falam por si mesmas. Paguei mais de US$ 14 mil e a proprietária PRISCILA VIEIRA DOS SANTOS se recusou a consertar as coisas. Vai custar mais de US$ 5.000 para consertar o trabalho. Ela mentiu e disse que sua empresa fabrica papel de parede há mais de 20 anos e descobriu que não tinha seguro, e este foi o terceiro trabalho de papel de parede. Sempre. Ela não paga seus funcionários, então não é de admirar que o trabalho tenha saído tão mal. Tenho tentado chegar a uma resolução com ela desde abril e ela recusou. Agora temos que passar pelo infeliz pesadelo de levá-la a tribunal. PRISCILA VIEIRA DOS SANTOS é uma golpista desonesta, por favor, não cometa o mesmo erro que eu - não acredite na palavra dela e tenha EXTREMO CUIDADO!

RP contractors did an amazing, professional job on our ceiling. No more nasty, outdated popcorn ceiling! The space looks nice and modern now, what a difference — WOW! Very nice people too, pleasure to work with and good pricing. We definitely recommend RP Contractors for your next project.
