Gio Tavares Waterproof

We used Gio to redo the floor in our detached garage. He came by on a Friday night for a quote and started the task the next Monday. It took slightly longer than expected due to it being Thanksgiving week but he communicated often about the work. Overall he was friendly and amenable but one star is detracted because the garage is flat, but not level. He had to come back out a couple times to line up the garage door because there was a massive gap. It's still not perfect and we have gym equipment in our garage that is very obviously crooked as the floor slopes down on one side. I would recommend him for other projects where slope isn't a factor but not necessarily for garage flooring replacement.

Not an honorable guy.I supplied him with materials for a job and he paid with a bad check. Promised to come in to take care of it but never did and now won't answer phone.His customer is very unhappy because he paid him in full.I have no other recourse but to place a lien on the property where materials were delivered.This guy is a real piece ow work.STAY AWAY FROM HIM
