Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful. He came to our home to give us an estimate. We chose Direct Custom Floors not only for value but for Chris's interest in our project. The day of installation he arrived at our house and introduced the installers. Installers were pleasant, conscientious and professional. Installation was done and looks great. After installation Chris came to our home to inspect the job to make sure we were happy with the results. We would recommend Direct Custom Floors. SC
