After over 4 weeks of trying to get my survey I had to fire this guy. What a lack of common courtesy and professionalism. I am an architect and a builder who has ordered thousands of surveys, I have never met anyone like them. I can't figure how they are in business. They don't return calls or e mails. They don't do the work as promised. Run, don't walk away from these people.
