This is a very small mom Ned pop operation. His pricing is high, he does not answer his phone or return calls and, in my case, did not finish the tile job I contracted with him to do. He also did not leak test the shower pan as he said he would. His brother, Luis, does excellent work. Juan wanted more money and wanted to charge me $250 for a $30 drain cover. Beware of Juan. He is slick.

Has done several jobs for me and always gives excellent workmanship and cleans up after himself. Also, always starts job and completes as he said he would. Fox Tile doesn't cover up problems ie; termites; wood rot; plumbing problems. I don't know about competitive pricing as I didn't get other bids as I am comfortable working with Fox Tile.

I worked in a tile showroom and recommended Fox Tile to many people over 9 years and always had happy customers when he was done with the tile installation. Have recommended him since May of 2004 to present!!!
