We recently purchased a new home in Robertson Meadows, Travelers Rest SC. Our new home was in the process of being built when we signed the purchase contract. During the construction phase Jose Morales went the extra mile to work with us. We were living in a temporary apartment and had to move by June 30. Jose made it happen. He is a professional young man who takes great pride in his responsibilities . He is a great asset to Distinguished Design. Gerald H

DD LLC built us a new home on our lot. We just finished our 1 year warranty requests. We are very happy with our new home. We were very fortunate to have Jason Cogdill oversee the construction of our home. He was instrumental in answering our many questions and making suggestions on changes during the build process, making the experience less stressful.

We purchased our home from DD in Dec 2019. As with any new home there are things that need to be addressed. Dealing with DD’s has always gone well. Jason and Steve have both been extremely professional and helpful taking care of these issues. The 1 year warranty checkup is a great idea. The day to day living in a home bring small thing up that need to be addressed and this is done at that time. Steve also found something that we had missed. All together a good experience. Nice to work with and they stand behind their homes.

We purchased a home in 2019. After moving in we had some issues with the doors not closing properly and a few other things. Steve, who handles the home warranty issues, quickly followed up and made all necessary repairs. Steve also came in prior to our one-yr warranty ending to go over any issues we had with the house. He made sure everything on the list was fixed and that we were happy with the house. Steve is a definite asset to the company.
