The cabin and garage had multiple areas that the exhisting finish had turned black, also areas of mold and mildew. | T-1-11 restore | Jun 2016 | This customer wanted an exterior paint job on their house which was sided with t-1-11 wood siding. We took it on as a restoration. The siding was in very bad condition and had started to delaminate. The process included power washing, scraping,sanding,and grinding the wood siding. We replaced numerous trim boards that had rotted and cupped. We then caulked and sprayed primer followed by back rolling and brushing . The finish coat was also sprayed and back rolled and brushed. The end result was a beautiful smooth finish on the old weather beaten siding. | $5k | Tehachapi, CA |
