We hired Joe to do our backyard including gas lines for bbq and fire pit. Joe was told us everything was permitted. Several years later we discovered that he lied, and now our gas piping is suffering from oxidation and leaking natural gas because he used the wrong parts. We are one of 5 houses on the same straight with this issue. He refuses to return phone calls or fix his mess. DO NOT USE JOE BANARD or Create A Scape.
