Took total advantage of my elderly 92 year old mother. Wanted to install a sophisticated heating system in a 1000 square foot house. Asked & received a $16,000.00 down payment which is way over 10% or $1000.00 down. Also brought day labors to my mothers house which he does not have worker’s compensation insurance for. My mom had to hire another contractor & had a simple heater installed no problem for way less money. Victor left my mom with unused unnecessary ditches in her back yard which she had to pay someone else to backfill. Took total advantage of a kind elderly lady for his own financial gain.
