Saverse Plumbing

Called Saverse Plumbing and was given a time and they arrived early! Performed the job and charged me less than I expected. They were very courteous. They will not charge you for services you do not need. Call them...you will NOT be disappointed!!

Had a PM appointment set up for work needed to be done on a home we had moved out of. Despite confirmed text reminder and phone call to the tech in AM and clarifying that if he would give me a time frame, I'd make sure to be there (i had to drive twenty minutes to get to the house, had to take time off for this from work and had to take my kid to their orinetation). The appointment was for 3, tech said he would be there at 2:45 and will let me know sooner if could come by sooner. Text reminded again at 2:45. No response. Then at 3:10, got a call from tech - not that he was on his way or anything but he was stuck somewhere and if I would like him to call back once he was done. Seriously....? If you are a home maker who has all the time in the world, sure, call them and they'll probably show up in a day or two at their convenience. But if you are a professional, don't even bother, since these "professionals" have no respect for you time. Let alone showing up on time, the tech did not even have the courtesy call ahead to let me know that they were not going to make it. I am surprised that people/ businesses like these are able to get away with such a blatant disregard for their customers in this day and age!
