Nobody is here

We hire Josh Cole to renovate a den in our hose. He did a decent job, but there were faulty electrical wiring and problems with the floor. I contacted Josh, but he would say he was coming and after months he would say they he forgot and then he stop answering my phone calls, emails and text. I had to hire somebody to refer the electrical and sent him the bill, but he did not respond. The faulty floor is not fixed. It has been a year. I thought this was a good and honest guy, but I feel taken advange off and disappointed. I have a lot of emails and tetxt from or communications that I will use to file a Better Bussiness Bureaw case against the company. I cannot use Star Renovation Solution or his owner, Josh Cole and want to make sure other people know his dealings. I’m looking for a reputable contractor to do a lot more work on my house...
