They put up a beautiful fence which has a 25 year warranty, however, they have been difficult to deal with regarding warranty repairs. They do not show up when they say they will, I have to call them several times and they keep making excuses as to why they are not showing up. When the fence has rotted in places they tell me that I physically damaged it when I did not and make me pay for the materials when the materials should be covered under the warranty, it is clearly rot. When they finally do show up to do the repairs they do half the repairs that need to be done and replace items that are not in need of being replaced and leave items that are obviously defective. In summary, they will build you a nice looking fence, however, it will not last as long as they tell you it will and they do not provide good service after the sale.
