Summit pool services

I need to let you know, im really not happy at the moment. 1st when your guys drained the pool they pumped all the waste into my neighbors driveway. This has still never been addressed with my neighbor who took an hour to clean that up. Then did not even inform me it was $600 rather than the $300 to " get the pool swim ready". This job was never 100% completed and I had to call another company to do it correctly. They documented that your guys failed to clean out the bottom drain lines which are still filled with sediment from the "drain and Clean" 2nd no work slips have ever been left to show what work was done. 3rd my pump was running fine till your guys drained the pool. Your guy shocked the pool yesterday and the pump only ran for a few hours after rather than the 24 it should run. He called you and told you the pump rotor was clogged. So if the pump rotor was clogged/wont spin then the pump should not run at all. It can burn the pump motor up. That fact was never addressed but bc of my knowledge of pumps i know this. 4th you stated you would be there the next day to address these issues and i had to mess you to find out you cant make it today. And again you failed to mention anything about the possibility of the pump motor could burn up. I had people coming over tomorrow and Sunday for Father's day weekend. This is ridiculous. I have spent the last few hours cleaning out the rotor debris from what must be in the lines from draining the pool. I dont know what was done wrong since your guys were here draining the pool but i need it fixed by tomorrow as the pump is still not getting any pressure so i had no choice but to turn it off. Again you showed up 45 minutes late and the lines were still never completely cleaned out.
