KT Roofing put a roof and some siding on the house we were buying. We had to postpone closing because they didn't get it done by the deadline. After we bought the house, the siding kept popping off. We called Kevin and he said he'd send someone next week. When no one showed up, we called again and left a message on the voicemail. He never returned the call. Then one day when we were out of town apparently they showed up. Instead of fixing the problem, they nailed the vinyl siding down and left it that way. We have a nice home and definitely didn't want it nailed down. We could have done that kind of sloppy work all by ourselves. Still waiting for a callback...

I had to get a new roof due to storm damage on my home and garage. I accepted bids for the job and needed to know how soon they could get it done because my house was on the market. Kevin Tyler gave the best bid and promised completion sooner than any other company. I'm pleased to say I made the right choice. Kevin kept his promise. Our roof was in horrible shape! It was leaking and literally had 2 nails if that per shingle!! We live in a high wind and high moisture area! Kevin and his crew were honest, and gave us an excellent and fair price! They came out super fast because of the leaking roof and repaired it quickly!
