He left the job half-finished and would NEVER return my phone calls. The flooring has to be completely redone. I have HUGE gaps in my flooring.

My experience with Floored Construction: ● crew disposed of trash and construction debris/residue in our backyard; plaster and grout powder in my flower pots ● Crew used our tools, supplies, and shop vac from garage without our consent/knowledge and didn’t return things. Dumped out our tools onto the garage floor to use the bucket, left bucket then in backyard. ● Very disappointed with workmanship, sloppy, left holes in grout between tiles ● Crew installed a metal transition piece in our kitchen that has screws sticking up out of it When I told him about the poor quality of the poor craftsmanship of tile joining carpet, he suggested when we get carpet replace, have carpet company fix poor and sloppy work ● When we voiced our concerns to Chris twice, he apologized and while in our kitchen accepting our final payment (I know, you never make the final payment until all work is complete) he said he would make everything right and would make sure we are happy with the final look. After almost 2 months of ignoring our requests, he agreed To pay for the repair and has now stopped communicating again, our complaint with the Better Business Bureau has also gone unanswered

Chris did an amazing job with our home! Turned our dingy tile and carpet into an beautiful laminate plank masterpiece - we couldn't be happier!
