This company used to be fantastic until it was bought out by a new owner recently named Mike. This company re-did all of my siding and waterproofed my entire house about 4 years ago. I had a 10 year warranty on the work, but when I called the new owner, he told me the work required wasn't under warranty. I asked for a quote for them to fix, which he gave back on November 5th, 2020. Mike then ghosted me, my property manager, and my tenants for a period of 2 months. He ignored my calls and told me that my property manager was annoying and wouldn't stop reaching out. He also ignored her and then when finally pressed, mentioned that the job was too small and that he didn't have resources to send out. My tenants lived in a leaking house for 2 months while this guy sat back and ignored old customers and only focused on new ones. Save your money and time - these guys are garbage.

I had an inadverdent “post” because of a slip of my hand. As I was saying, on another night, they left the ceiling of my front porch open. The instalation of the siding was adequate. The owner did come and look at several places where the nails are now unpainted and easily visible on my white house. I had a Sherwin Williams manager and another contractor examine the job. Both said that the nails were not prepared correctly & it should not be in this condition after 2 years. There is some dirt & grime affecting the appearance, but the nails should not be showing. The owner came out & said it needs to be cleaned, but would not claim any responsibility for the nails showing through. I chose this company because they were the only ones that I could find that handled the LP Smartside product. Do not trust this man.

I had Tx Home Exteriors install SmartSide siding. I had also scheduled to have windows installed by another company. I was assured that somenoe would return to paint the trim after window installation. That never occurred. I was told that the debris would be removed daily. That did not happen. They left the top half of one wall open & uncovered when they knew that there was rain in the forcast. They knew because they said they were not planning on working the next day, because of the forcast. I’ve already had roof damage from animals getting into my attic & did not want that again. Another day, the left the ceiling
