Rainsoft is an appliance repair specialist from Thornton. Offering services such as gas appliance connection, exhaust fan repair, and appliance refinishing, they began business in 1953. In March 1997, a property owner hired Rainsoft for a remodeling project in the Knob Hill neighborhood using a permit obtained from Pike's Peak Regional Building Department, and a remodeling project was completed by them in March 1997 in the Village Seven neighborhood using a permit also obtained from Pike's Peak Regional Building Department.
