Took two months to finish small patio and walkway. Kept getting no showed and no answered calls. A few months after finishing my patio started chip and come apart. Told him about it. Said he would come take a look. Never showed up. Wouldn’t answer calls. It’s almost a couple years later and I have to constantly sweep up concrete that’s turning into dust. He also did my neighbors yard and it’s not square at all.

Xtreme Concrete provided amazing customer service, imagination, and respect on our recent project. Manual took care of our needs even when we were not sure of what we wanted. He was able to create the idea relaxation station for our home and we have been outside everyday with our 10 year old since. We were provided timely attention to our needs and approaching Manuel's expertise to answer all our questions with patience and class. Hands down one of the best home improvement experience to date! We had our patio and walkway done by Manuel Coronado at Xtreme Concrete Creations and couldn’t be happier! We got a few quotes before deciding and he was very competitively priced but we felt was friendlier, offered more value (ran the drains under the concrete, ran the walkway to the driveway instead of just the grass and removed a big bush to do so, added a trash can pad, assured us that if he ran into any sprinkler lines he would relocate them and if by any chance he hit a line he would repair it and offered the stamped border after already giving us a quote and us deciding to go normal concrete instead of full stamped) and showed a great collection of pictures of his work to make us feel confident with him. He was never pushy with anything, gave us a timeframe for completion and got to work. He was very open and accommodating to our ideas. Did a great job cleaning up after the job as well. We’ve had the patio for two months now and have been loving it, all the friends and neighbors seem to love it as well
