Installed a rinnai heater in basement. Done on time and fair price. But I asked for a WiFi enabled thermostat thinking the thermostat was included since there was an extra charge on the bill it was not. So I bought my own, no big deal went to hook it up and I cannot get it to control the heater. Asked Christian repair to come do a service call on it. I was called back with sarcasm saying “we are not a vcr repair company”. It’s 2020 and most people now adays are using WiFi thermostats,locks,security. GET WITH THE TIMES
