Broadway Sales and Appliance Repair

If I could give them a '0', I would. Unbelievable! I can't imagine how they have managed to stay in business. I guarantee the person who rated them a '5' is a 'plant' - probably an employee or a family member. Took my vacuum in 3 weeks ago and it still isn't done. I called last week and was told it 'should be done today or tomorrow'. I called again Monday at 10am and was told the repair guy wasn't in yet. I called back at 11am and was told the same thing. The guy laughed and said, "he pretty much comes in when ever he wants to." I said, "real professional" and the guy laughed again and said, "You know anyone else who works on Bissells?" I called again today and was left on hold so long, I just hung up. When I did get through I asked to speak to the owner and was told he would call me back. He never called back.... Surprise!
