While we strive to maintain a great customer service image, we are not always successful, we do fall short. However that is never a good idea or excuse to slander someone. This is not a dissatisfied home owner and we were never employees to be fired. This is an out of country company that we partnered with and completed 43 invoiced work orders with High praise from this company. Our company worked seven days a week for this company and only took a few holidays and weekends off in the four months of service. We opted to term our contract due to non agreement. They want to much for too little. The jobs are underbid as this company constantly wants low cost, but wants to add work, upgrade Materials, and move resources from sites without adding to the time line or costs .Contracts have clauses that stipulate terms, we agreed to sell, they agreed to buy, we were not over-payed. We have no control over that companies finances. That being said even as the employee from this company wrote the untruthful review, we were in communications to refund portions of the job not completed. We are sorry they have felt the need to "hurt others" to achieve their goals. This company operates without building permits, hires untrained workers from the homeless shelters to "fix " homes for rent. While we agree that everyone deserves a second chance, The Department of family services should be contacted to ensure that wages are being reported properly , Ohio Department of Commerce, Wage and Hour Bureau, to ensure min wage requirements are being met, the city of Toledo, to make sure the building permits are correctly displayed, OSHA to ensure safety of all workers and staff,and the EPA, to ensure that lead and mold abatement are being handled correctly. We will choose our business partners a little more cautiously in the future. Our company has hundreds of satisfied customers and maintains a good rating and repeat business with the majority of our customers. We will continue to strive for great customer service, and to work closely with our dissatisfied customers as reasonably as we can.
