Basement has old wood paneling I caulked and filled all gaps and knots in the paneling. I applied one coat of primer to the paneling and two coats of finish paint using Sherwin Williams Pro Mar 200 line. Also applied one coat of ceiling paint to the ceiling.

This customer just moved to Ottawa Hills from southern Ohio, and needed some touch up painting on the exterior of his new home, as well as painting a small bedroom/bathroom inside the home. The exterior of the home has stucco boards with wood trim. The wood trim had some failing paint from previous years so we scraped any loose paint, primed bare wood, and applied two coats of exterior grade paint to match the existing color of the trim. We did not paint the stucco board per customer request which in 2014 we will go back and paint. This project was purely to help protect the exposed wood from rotting.

The scope of work performed: Step 1: pressure wash siding and trim using chemical cleaners to neutralize dirt mold and mildew. Step 2: Caulked and repaired any gaps between wood siding and wood trim using painters caulk. Step 3: brushed and rolled all exterior wood siding using Valspar Duramax exterior paint. Color blue. Step 4: brushed and rolled all exterior wood trim, under hangs, windows, and doors using Valspar Duramax exterior paint. Color white. Step 5: painted all shutters satin black finish. Step 6: final touch ups and clean up of entire job site.

This is a large foyer/entry way where I Repainted the walls and trim. I applied two coats of finish paint to the walls using Valspar Signature Paint. Also applied one coat of trim paint to all spindles going up the stairway and all baseboards as well.

We painted 2 bedrooms bedrooms with a theme. The first one was a boys bedroom with the University of Michigan colors. The second was a girls room with an aqua blue theme to it. Finally we are currently working on the families living room which has 25 ft ceilings and we are using tall ladders and extension poles to reach this.

This project required pressure washing of the deck using Olympic deck cleaner and one coat of Olympic semi-transparent deck stain. We also pressure washed the house using chemical cleaners to neutralize all mold, mildew, and dirt on the surface. Then I sprayed two coats of Valspar Duramax exterior grade paint.
