Neat & Tidy Movers

I'll give this company a “O.” The owner was at our home to help move. He rescheduled our move once, if that’s not bad enough, the day the owner and one helper shows up ( I hired 3) they said they are short staffed today and I only have 2 people to move my 2 bedroom place. I’m one person counting on 3 guys to move my things all of 300ft. But the owner dinked around called his office to talk to who? He’s the owner?…. Then proceeds to say he cannot move me at all with several poor excuses… one being I had a leather couch… I didn’t .. I already had help move 1/3 of my things over to assist this move … but after the owner called the office, he said he could not move me at all. No reason he kept saying one thing then contradicting himself. I told him ( very sloppy looking owner and poor speech) I’ll pay you to move just the heavy things , he said NO, and the two guys left. His helper was saying “ hey we can do this “ but no they left on my move day leaving me with no one!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY THAT UHAUL USES WHEN YOU BOOK THRU UHAUL THIS IS THE COMPANY THAT RESPONDS… DO NOT NOT HIRE HIRE U HAUL OR NEAT AND TIDY MOVERS!!! They will scam you. The owner promised he’d begin the refund process which he never did over a week later…. I had to initiate it!!!! Obsurd!!! SCAM!!!!!

I used this company 12/22/2018. After talking with Ken on the phone several times and discussing price, where I was moving and what needed to be moved, he gave me a great price. He never changed the price, except to lower it. When the 2 young men came to move me, they were very personable, and yet, professional. They made me laugh. It was quick, professional and I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to ANYONE who needs a fair company to move them. The people are real and don't put on any airs.
