It's not designed to be attractive and must be installed in dry conditions, which is why it’s generally seen among commercial buildings. The quality of material in TPO can vary greatly between manufacturers, which leads to wide variations in pricing.

TPO has many good qualities as well. It’s a reflective material, which means you’ll save money on cooling and energy usage. It’s very simple to install, lightweight, and requires little maintenance.
