Assess tenant service requests for occupied units • Replace or repair as needed on work order • Complete move in maintenance on vacant apartments. This includes but not limited to: • Appliance replacement/repair (stove/dishwashers/microwaves) • Replace light fixtures/lighting/Outlets and GFCI/Ceiling Fans/Thermostats/Track Lighting. • Light plumbing such as stems/diverters/angle stops/Sink replacement/faucets replacement/garbage disposal replace or repair • Minor electric such as outlets/GFCI/Exhaust fan repair or replacement. • Drywall repair and Painting. • Minor repairs such as Medicine cabinet/repair sliding glass door rollers and screens/installation of blinds/Hinges/Cabinets Knobs/Door Handles/Front door lock/Doorbells.
