Good Guy Plumbing

Only call this company if you want to completely waste your time and get ripped off. We waited all day for the service man to come out and then he said he would be late. Pushed us back to 6 PM. It's now 6:15 PM and I get a call saying that why don't we just order a part. that's usually what it is. You have to be kidding me just order a major drain without even looking at it first because that's what it might be. Caution do not use this company complete rip off I had to fire them over the phone!! Update; so this knucklehead shows up anyways trying to collect money for job he never even showed up to do. When he leaves after I refuse him entry he cripples up his invoice and throws it in my yard!! Trying to collect money after making somebody wait all day. I'm just glad I was home so my wife didn't have to put up with it!!

Roque came to inspect my sink. He couldn't find anything wrong with it, and charged a service fee for the visit. Not an hour after he left, I was able to record a video of the sink leaking. I arranged for him to return, and he diagnosed and fixed the problem (a missing washer) on the second visit. He counted the first service fee toward the second visit. I respect that he did not want to charge me for unnecessary work, but wish that he had believed the first time that the work was, in fact, necessary.

I replaced the valves and pipes f my water heater recently. I looked for a trust worthy and honest plumbing company through Internet. Their business attitude was what I wanted, establishing a long time relationship with customers. Robert Jr. the owner and their plumber, Ernesto.did an excellent job. I was very happy with their work. The price is very reasonable and good for my budget. I can recommend Good Guy Plumbing to any of my friends or really any person who needs a plumbing service.
