I have used over a dozen contractors in the Traverse City area and Mike of UpNorth Softwash is on the top. Mike has washed the exterior of my home, the roof and has cleaned the gutters without leaving a mess. I called on Feb 22 to ask if he removes snow from roofs and on Feb 24 the job was completed. Mike always send pictures to confirm I am happy with the work as this is a second home and I am not there year around. He really is a joy to work with. I can count on Mike and trust him to do what he says he will do. It’s comforting to know I have someone who will take care of my home when I can’t .
