Shawn Stahley stole $11,000 from me . I hired him in April of 2017 to tear down a 1 stall garage and build a 2 stall garage. I paid him $11,000 up front in April 2017 and by late August 2017 all i had was a mess of where they tried to dig footings for new garage and realized they didn't know what they were doing. When asked about progress, when they actually decided to show up, all I got was excuse after excuse. He left the job site and never came back after i had a attorney send him a letter to write up a new contract with a completion date in writing. It's now December of 2018 and I am still going through the courts with this guy trying to get my money back, and he keeps trying to file bankruptcy and such, but he has gotten denied because he owes so many other people and businesses money, and he doesn't make enough to cover the payments. He knows how to play the courts and knows that there is not much the consumer can do but spend more in legal fees. This guys a CROOK and i just want people to BE AWARE and please don't believe all these good reviews or his "CHRISTIAN" name like i did. His reviews are obviously not by real people, otherwise he wouldn't have a high rating. When he tried to file bankruptcy last time, and we received the paperwork as being listed as a creditor, there were at least 6 other people or businesses that he owed money to. One being a major local lumber supplier
