If I could put a negative star I would. Piss poor customer service. Ordered a portable toilet for a job site and she mistakenly got it confused for a weekend rental and picked it up before the job started. I called her to ask what happened and to see if we could get it redelivered and she said " I don't make mistakes I will take it back out there for $50.00". The company I work for has all phone calls recorded so we brought up the recording of which she confirms the delivery of a construction unit on the set date and she refused to believe that this is true. We told her we would dispute the original charge on our credit card because we did not receive the service we had paid for and she did not want to help us resolve the issue and immediately she turned around and began charging our card again for another portable toilet right after we had hung up with her. So now we are dealing with a fraud issue as well as not having a portable toilet on our job site. I do not recommend using this company.
