Clearance and his team are great. They were quick, easy to deal with, and MOST importantly the finished product looks amazing! We talked to a lot of concrete contractors and most of them bid crazy amounts, had a month waiting time, and some were downright rude. Clearance was a breath of fresh air. They came out, measured, laid out some options, and gave me a bid. They communicated well throughout the project and as I said before, the patio looks great. I already passed his name on to two friends who have concrete projects, and when I am ready for my next concrete project there will only be one call made. Thank you!

Firm Foundation just finished a double car driveway and adjoining sidewalk with an exposed concrete aggregate finish for me this week in North Seattle. The crew did an excellent job and made sure I was satisfied with the finished product, which I very much was. They are hard workers and finished the project quickly.
