I was hired by the realtor that was over seeing the repairs to the home before putting the home on the market. This turned out to be a big project on a real tight budget. While the home was vacant the dishwasher water line busted causing a water leak that went unnoticed for days. Someone that was unexperienced attempted to repair the drywall and that had to be removed and re-drywalled, Tape, Mudded, Knockdown Textured and painted. Someone ripped off the back of the kitchen counter cabinet from the water leak. I had to build a new wall going around the backside of the cabinet all the way over to were the dishwasher was located. We put in a new dishwasher, lines, valves, drain hose etc. When we removed a peice of drywall we found a small leak inside of the wall. The water was draining in a small hole in the foundation, it was just a matter of time were the line was going to rupture and cause another major water leak. The renters were smokers and we had to throughly clean and paint all of the interior walls. They also left a bunch of junk that we hauled to the dump. We also did extras at no charge. We replaced all of the outlet covers with new covers, repaired holes and drywall damage in the garage, painted the front walkway to the home with some of the exterior paint for walkways and driveways. I always go the extra mile to make my projects look the best as I can.
