Todd did a very thorough inspection of the home we were buying. He was very flexible when working with us, we were moving from Florida, so I was very hard to schedule around and he just made sure he was available when I was. I appreciated that! He went over every inch of this house and gave us a very detailed report! Great guy to work with. We are in the process of buying rental properties and will be using him again!

Todd is really patient and very kind. He has worked with my clients in the past, and he took his time to educate my buyer clients as he was working.
