He showed up 30 mins after our appointment to do the estimate. I had already left. No call to let me know he was gonna be late or to tell me he was having a hard time finding the place. The next day he called me multiple time when he called at 930 at night I answered finally to see why he kept calling. After I told him I no longer wanted his services he cussed me over the phone. Very poor Customer service and communication skills, cannot speak to the ability of his skills.

Dick is a genuine guy who is very easy to talk to and contact whenever you have a question about or a need for construction services. He enjoys what he does and that shows in the service he provides and in the quality of his work.

Richard and staff did a great job on remodeling our bathroom. They were there when they said they would be, and worked steady until it was done. Highly recommend.
