Home Pro's H/AC of Troutman, NC has satisfactorily filled my AC/Heating needs for the past three years. They came highly recommended by my former heating/AC technician upon his retirement. The Home Pro's staff works to ensure quality customer service from the first phone call to job completion. For peace of mind, their biannual service offering is money well-spent. A winter and early summer check-up keeps everything in tiptop shape. If it were not so serious in terms of comfort last summer, I'd say my AC adventure with an earwig infestation would be almost comical. With Home Pro's quick response, the problem was diagnosed and fixed on a sweltering summer day. As their truck left my driveway, I followed up on their suggestion to get an exterminator ASAP! From the front office to the service technicians, a class act! Thank you.

Home Pros has helped me numerous times. Last winter I called them for a gas furnace check up. After coming out they saw my house was potentially dangerous due to an old unit. They shut things down and had another unit installed within a day. Most recently my AC stopped working. They were at my house within a few hours on a weekend and had it up and running. They also returned the next day to install a contact unit to fix the issue permanently at no charge. Jim, who fixed the AC, was very professional and personable and reminded me of a time when people wanted to do things right. It was all about service and I can't thank him enough. I would recommend this company to anyone.
