I will not recommend Charles and his helper for anything!!! Specifically told him I wanted small low maintenance plants and how I wanted it laid out. He told me he could get me dwarf plants. They wouldn't grow fast and low maintenance. Well I got small plants, but not dwarf plants. They have grown and will be large at the end of next summer. The plants on 3 corners were small, but now are already HUGE! Most of the plants were of very low quality and some died with regular watering. He laid out the beds to make it easier on himself and not the way it should have been done. He didn't replace the dirt on one corner properly and a friend of mine, while watering the plants for me while I was away, sank almost up to her knee, twisted it and had to have surgery on her knee. He tried to blame it on other things, but eventually said it was the downspout, which was located 5 feet from it. Said he saw water trails from it to the hole. Strange this happened on only one when I have about 7 others too. I looked and there was absolutely no water trails under the pine straw. How could there be, we had a drought all summer. The only water in the flower bed was what I watered the plants with. I had to call him over and over again to replace the plants that died and to fill in the hole, but his reply was he would be going to the nursery within 2 weeks and would take care of it by then. Well that 2 weeks and numerous calls turned into over 6 MONTHS. When he did come, he couldn't even let me know he had been outside doing it, when he knew I was home. He does not have a crew, there is only one non English speaking person working for him. If you're considering LRS, hope you speak Spanish or else he'll have to call Charles on the phone everytime you speak to him. Charles and his guys did a great job on my landscaping at 116 Linda Lane in Troy. Charles was very knowledgeable in knowing what plants I needed and where they should be placed. He provided me with information I needed to maintain my beautiful yard. Charles also put in my irrigation system which works beautifully and put down my sod. Overall great job!!

Charles and his crew worked long and hard and did an outstanding job. They even worked in the snow event of late January 2014. We would recommend him for all your landscaping needs.
