Kersey

I was receiving service from Kersey for the last 8 months and Anthony came to my house every month between 1-2 pm. He came yesterday at 11am and I wasn't home... He proceeded to come into my home, with my FIVE 80lb+ dogs and spray while no one was home. He didn't call before he came early. He didn't call before he checked my door knob. He didn't call to let me know he came. He simply left a 3x4 piece of paper on my dining room table. I never gave him permission to enter my home when I signed up, or at any other time, written or verbal. When I called to tell him this made me uncomfortable and I'd like him to not do it again, he continued to argue and belittle my discomfort, threatening to cancel my contract so I can find someone that will "treat me special" and charge "way more". I simply requested that either 1) he call before he comes early or 2) that he only spray the outside, acknowledging that I'd pay the same price. And apparently this was "special treatment" and unreasonable for me to request. I have 5 very big dogs that I cannot guarantee would not HARM him or anyone if I'm not home. That's a liability on ME, because he entered my home without consent. I can not believe the disrespect and lack of customer service I just received. Also, the only month I went a full 30 days without seeing water bugs, was when his nephew serviced my house... So obviously Anthony (the owner, according to him) isn't giving it his all, whereas his nephew is still doing it correctly. All in all, I will not use Kersey again unless he apologizes personally. This is no way to operate a business. I will also not recommend them under any circumstances.
