Troy Handyman Services is a full service company providing residential and commercial establishments a wide array of maintenance, repair, fabrication and installation services. These includes carpentry (drywall, cabinetry, doors, windows, flooring, exterior & intrior trims, handycap ramps, wooden mailboxes, etc). Electrical includes minor electrical repair and installation of light fixtures, ceiling fans, switches, outlets & wirings. Major electrical installations are sub-contracted to a reliable licensed & insured electrical contractor. Mechanical & plumbing includes repair and installation of kitchen and bathroom plumbing fixtures. HVAC repair and replacement are sub-contracted to a reliable licensed and insured mechanical contractor. Group Homes are required to provide handycap ramps, wheelchair accessible showers, and handycap batrooms with grab bars. We provide full services which including the aquisition of city permits, development of drawings as required by the city, ramp and handrail fabrication and installation up to scheduling of city inspection and approval.
