Derick L. Otten is a thief. He took a big check from me to order window treatments and to install them. He walked away with all of the money, providing nothing in return except a pathetic string of lies. I pursued him legall and he signed a confession, but he still hasn't fully paid me back. He still owes $1,900. Avoid this man like the plague. He is a criminal.

Derick L. Otten took my order and my money two months ago, no delivery, no refund…..complete lack of business professionalism and personal integrity.

Dericks company installed the shades for the company I work for. What really sold the product was the warranty but when we had problems and needed him he was no where to be found. Does not return calls and does not correct problems with his products. Buyer beware
