Inspector comes by to check out the floor and foundation. He never crawled under the house. Popped the cover off stuck his head in just past his shoulders then came back out. Wrote a letter saying everything thing is good. Two months later there's cracks in the drywall everywhere from the 'good support and foundation' that he approved and the floor is soaked from a leaking central unit inside the house that he would have crawled under if he did a true inspection. He seemed very uninterested in being there to do his job and seemed to be just checking boxes for the finance company and seller's benefit. He also seemed offended by any questions asked and arrogant with his responses. I'm left with thousands of dollars in rapairs for thinking he knew what he was doing. Watch out if he shows up at your place.
