Walnut floors in a farmhouse | Mar 2015 | We installed, sanded & finished beautiful 5" Amercian Walnut. We finished it in a natural color and waterborne polyurethane. | $30k | Troy, TX | |
Rift & Quartered Oak Floors Circa 1916 - Refinished | Oct 2013 | These beautiful floors had been covered up with carpet for about 30 years. There were multiple pet stains that we repaired, as well as excess moisture content under the house. The floors had to be dried out with fans and dehumidifiers for weeks before we could sand them. These floors are unique in that they are 5/16" x 2" tongue and grooved, so there was very little to work with as far as sanding. Once completed, we used Duraseal Rosewood Stain and ProCoat Waterborne polyurethane. | $10k | Temple, TX |
