Coil & Condenser Installation

Premier Air. LLC installed a new 13 S.E.E.R. 410A new Goodman 3 Ton Evaporator Coil to Existing Furnace. Using the existing copper line set. We blew the existing copper line set out with a approved cleaner RX11 to remove any residue of the old R22 Refrigerant that was used in parts Premier Air, LLC is replacing. We also replaced the old emergency drain pan with a new emergency drain pan, along with a new float switch. Replaced the outdoor unit wit a new Goodman 3 Ton 13 S.E.E.R. 410A Condenser.

Coil & Condenser Installation

Installed a new Goodman 4 ton 410A 13 S.E.E.R. Cased evaporator coil & a 4 ton 13 S.E.E.R. 410A condensing unit. To include a new fiberglass pad for outdoor Condenser to sit on. Added the new Evaporator coil to existing Hydro Heating system. Cleaned the existing copper line set with approved cleaner RX11, and high pressure nitrogen. Cleaned both of the copper line set going to new Air Conditioner. Price includes labor, equipment, and all necessary materials to complete job.

Heat Pump Installation

Installed a Goodman 13 S.E.E.R. ton Hat Pump, installed a Goodman 100,000 B.T.U. gas furnace for emergency heat. Installed a 13 S.E.E.R. 3.5 ton evaporator coil to match the 3.5 Heat Pump. Installed a new digital thermostat to control new Heat Pump system. Installed a new condensate pump.

Inspection Service Call

Performed complete inspection of the heating and air conditioning systems. Checked refrigerant levels, compressor and fan motors voltage and amperage. All were within tolerance of manufacturer's ranges. Air flow and air temperature, supply and return were checked inside the home and were within required range. Inspection of upstairs unit revealed faulty thermostat. New thermostat was installed. checked voltage and amperage to heat strips to upstairs unit and they were within required range. Gas furnace located downstairs was inspected for proper operation and all components were functioning normally. Checked for any gas leaks at joints of gas line. None were found. All heating and air conditioning systems are in proper working condition at this time.
