| Coil & Condenser Installation | Aug 2014 | Premier Air. LLC installed a new 13 S.E.E.R. 410A new Goodman 3 Ton Evaporator Coil to Existing Furnace. Using the existing copper line set. We blew the existing copper line set out with a approved cleaner RX11 to remove any residue of the old R22 Refrigerant that was used in parts Premier Air, LLC is replacing. We also replaced the old emergency drain pan with a new emergency drain pan, along with a new float switch. All were within tolerance of manufacturer's ranges. Air flow and air temperature, supply and return were checked inside the home and were within required range. Inspection of upstairs unit revealed faulty thermostat. New thermostat was installed. checked voltage and amperage to heat strips to upstairs unit and they were within required range. Gas furnace located downstairs was inspected for proper operation and all components were functioning normally. Checked for any gas leaks at joints of gas line. None were found.
