If I could give less stars I would. They can't even make a delivery to the correct address. Sears gave this subcontractor an address and they call me they are 20 minutes away. Then call back on far side of city and will not be delivering today period. The schedule services tell me another week. Really. Don't let sears use this company for anything. They can't follow simple directions. Like your address.
