Sergio took a 50% deposit to start my job. He never started my job or refunded my money! So now I lost 6k and I’m now reading I’m not the only one he did this to!

The owner, Sergio, took half the money for a landscaping and paver job upfront. Then there was months of excuses of why he couldn’t come to start the work. Eventually he offered to send the money back, then again had nothing but excuses before he finally stopped responding.
