I recommend James Handyman completely. This is the first time I've used his services and I am very happy with his work. He is impeccable and he is proud of it. He is on time and he didnt call to cancel! His prices are affordable and reasonable which I greatly appreciate! Most of all he is honest and very easy to get along with. I couldnt have asked for a better contractor. I am an out of town homeowner and it amazed me how I could hire him sight unseen, send him a check and he was so honest that he did all that he said he would and I have a wonderful handyman now, who I can depend on! Hello, my name is Zachariah I live downtown near the university of Arizona, I hired James to paint the interior, exterior of my house , roof coat , also for interior drywall repair as well as stucco repair. I will start by saying this, I didn't expect this level of quality for the price given. he was completely professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. the drywall patches he did blended in so well my wife couldn't remember where the patch was(which is extremely difficult). same with the stucco repair done, incredible . we've already referred him to friends and family, my uncle is a custom painter with 40+ years experience (his bid was nearly double what I paid James), and COULD NOT find touch ups for James to correct.
