Lizzaraga home services Hired in hopes of finding a good contractor for future renovations. This was not the case. I have been trying to get a hold of this contractor so he can fulfill his end of the bargain for a month. I hired to do a gut job on a small bathroom. From a distance everything looks great. He was supposed to fix a leak. I notified him about the leak. He returned and applied an off color silicone to my grout which already has paint on it from when he painted. That didn't fix the leak. Since then I have been trying to get him out here to fix. During this time I had 3 other contractors come in and provide an estimate. All 3 felt this job was done extremely poorly. A few issues; wrong grout, dot method on shower and bench tiles, uneven walls, uneven bench tiles (he tried to back butter, let dry and then reapply), leak! From a few pictures you can see the bench tiles and you can see how much water was getting through onto the bench (removed after his install).
