Barnett Building & Development

Barnett Building was supposed to remove and replace the existing lights. Since the replacement lights were not mounted the same way (light bar vs single point), a reputable company would sand the exposed drywall and use paint the owner stated was located in the garage. None of this occurred, yet we were charged $255 for Drywall & Painting. The total cost was nearly $900 for lighting fixtures (which were never never shown to us and which are extremely hideous) and the drywall/paint job. All this in addition to NO Estimate and NO Clear Authorization to Proceed.
